熊本大学循環器内科関連病院の熊本機能病院・水野雄二副院長を中心とした臨床研究が、日本循環器学会機関誌のCirculation Journal Awards 2017のFirst Place in the Clinical Investigation Sectionを獲得いたしました。タイトルは、「Variant Aldehyde Dehydrogenase 2 (ALDH2*2 in East Asians Interactively Exacerbates Tobacco Smoking Risk for Coronary Spasm ― Possible Role of Reactive Aldehydes ―」で、今後の更なる研究の発展が期待されます。また熊大循内と放射線科との共同研究「Identification and Assessment of Cardiac Amyloidosis by Myocardial Strain Analysis of Cardiac Magnetic Resonance Imaging」もSecond Place in the Clinical Investigation Sectionを獲得し、熊本大学からのデータが高く評価されました。今後も循環器病の患者様の診断・治療レベルを向上すべく、精進してまいります。
